Integrity means... soundness, it requires the right heart condition.
Job 1:6-11... Satan entered among them... Jehovah asked, where did you come from, and Satan said from roving about the earth... have you noticed my servant Job?... it is for nothing...
Job was known for his integrity. Yet, Satan said man would not serve Jehovah out of love. So a bulls eye was painted on each one of us.
Ps 26:1&2... in Jehovah I have trusted without wavering....
David relied on Jehovah.
A spinning top starts to slow down and it starts to wobbling and it falls down. So without Jehovah's spirit and support, we will waver and fall as well. So we need to keep trusting and relying on Jehovah.

at work, people can ask you to join them out for a drink after work. You say no, over and over. But if you give in, you are already wavering. alcohol gets people in all sorts of trouble if not kept in check.
Apostate web sites and other porn viewed on the computer, you are wavering. email and cel phones can even have porn on them. Even TV is full of bad association.
& 6... march around your alter...
this means being at the meetings, each and every meeting. It makes Jehovah's heart glad to see us at the meetings, even if we have had a rough day, it makes his heart rejoice.
& 7... the good news being ...preached diligently...
& 8... dwell in a house where your glory resides....
what a marvelous District Convention we have to look forward to with 30,000+ singing praises to Jehovah.
& 9 & 10... do not sweep me away with sinners...who's hands are engaged in shameful conduct...
drug abuse, alcohol abuse
today the pressure on our young ones is far greater. people are being bullied on the internet...
we need to meditate on the value of an integrity keeping heart. people who have a good conscience sleeps well at night. how much we appreciate receiving commendation that we are doing a good job, that all our efforts are being noticed.
How about paying taxes? we are instructed to pay our taxes, but many don't want to pay and will lie and be dishonest about it.
It is so important to meditate on our life and examine if we are keeping integrity in all aspects of our life. There is nearly 8 million people who are streaming towards Jehovah's light.
&11&12.... my foot is standing on level ground in the great cong... I will praise Jehovah...
we stand on level ground when we attends meetings, assemblies, conventions, in the ministry, personal study, studying for meetings and keeping our integrity.
as long as we keep standing on level ground we have a sure hope for our future. Jehovah wants his servants to maintain that precious relationship with Him.

As shepherds, how may elders imitate Jehovah?
Jehovah knows what we are personally going through and loves and cares for our needs. Elders while respecting our need for privacy, needs to have a good line of communication, so that means, we need to feel comfortable enough with the elders to open up and tell them what we are dealing with, so that they can support us.
How can elders imitate Jesus Christ?
They must be willing to act as servants to their companions and not as masters. Having a humble attitude.
"a humble fellow worker for THEIR joy"
What is the objective of the elders' shepherding activity?
to protect, encourage, strengthen and make the spiritually sick/injured/stressed one comforted and well, so the cong can continue to flourish.
