tonight, cong book study sure was encouraging on how much Jehovah wants to help us and has provided way to help us by just doing some practical steps.
never neglecting;
  • the meetings
  • prayer
  • our Bible reading
  • personal study
  • as well as the ministry
all help us by strengthening our bond with Jehovah as well as feeding our minds and hearts with information that the holy spirit can later draw back to our mind.  He just can't help us if we don't do our part.

Dwayne, Jasmine with Megan  and Colton gave really nice parts.

Letter from the branch....  Isa 60:22...will speed it up in it's time...
a major renovation is being done at the branch building.  rooms, printery, lobby and other areas are being remodeled.  Brothers and sisters with various skills and that qualify are needed.

Showing respect in the ministry is so important.  We might think we are doing fine, but are we really?  Now is the time to examine if we are "honoring men of all sorts".
"Jehovah is patient with you, desiring all to attain to repentance".  He is not only patient with us but with those in our ministry.  So it is vital to have our "head in the game".  Proper thoughts is where it begins.

Great reminder on helping our Bible Students to progress, but to do it in a way that brings glory to Jehovah.  Remember the steps that the faithful and discreet slave has given us to follow are for a reason.  We don't know better than they do so follow the instruction they have provided because Jehovah knows best!

Auxiliary Pioneering 30 hours 4 times a year.  March, April and then 2 months of our regular C.O. visit.  You are also able to go to the pioneer meeting during the C.O. visit.
I have been thinking about what I want to do.  If I will during the C.O. visit.  I can't go out physically real often, as the roads are just so hard on me, not to mention riding in a car is so tough.  I don't even go to the doctor because of how hard it is.  But I still try from time to time.  The toughest thing is getting addresses to write to.  I was able to get enough in March, but it was so so so hard to get any in April.  I have asked the brothers a number of times for addresses, but one elder told me the pioneers and publishers don't want to give them up because they want to be able to use them for themselves.  I totally understand this, but at the same time, how can I pioneer or get any service time in without addresses?   EO has talked to the brothers a number of times, at first they were on his case about him not turning in his addresses.  Then he would turn them in, and we would never get any back because the pioneers and publishers wanted them.  So again we were left with none.  So he went again and again and again and again and again and again and again to the brothers.  Then they said, to just keep them for me and not turn them in.  As well as, don't invite groups over to do letter writing because some were bringing letters they did months ago, and would then use up 20, 30, 40 addresses, again leaving me with none to pioneer the rest of the month with.  So alone I sit writing, not encouraging by any means but what can you do?  Lauren and Steph used to write with me from time to time, but they don't either, as they don't want to take anything away from me.  So alone I sit, not encouraging by any means.  I say it again, because I often feel alone.  If I can get out or if I can call on one of my RV's... it just isn't the same.  Oh well.  I will just keep trying to do the best I can with what I have.
