I am only going to take a very few notes tonight. I didn't get anywhere near enough sleep last night and my brain is horribly slow tonight... well all day i have been super slow. So i am just going to jot a note or two.
in the Jeremiah book...
It always gives me goosebumps when we go through information about how the world is having to recognize Jehovah and his organization. Not that the point was helpful or something I need to apply, but just because it makes me feel good.
tonight's Bible reading... it shocks me that Paul had to write and straighten out the matter because fornication had become a regular practice in the cong. But then i am sure there are things we do today that would shock them. It doesn't matter if the problem is big or small, we all need to keep working to make sure what we do is acceptable in Jehovah's eyes.
I liked Kim's illustration about two people having their own credit cards, they both can do the same thing with their credit cards, but they are different because they have different names on them. They do the same thing, have the same the same function, but they are not the same cards.
This part was on reincarnation, and how it really isn't a Biblical teaching.
Michael and Sir Fredrick Hurtsalot gave nice demonstration on offering the WT & Awake.

"Strengthening Your Hands for the Good Work"
Neh 2:17&18... let us rebuild...so they strengthened their hands for the good work...
they strengthened their hands by means of Jehovah's Holy Spirit and the walls went up and was fully accomplished in just 52 days.
The number are there showing how Jehovah is speeding the work up in his day. There is a new world's headquarters that has begun is in Warrick, NY. It consists of 8 major buildings. It will take a few years to complete. There is a need for us to strengthen our hand, if we are a journeyman or higher, highly skilled, there is a place for volunteers for a year or more. They are asking nation wide for skilled tradesmen. Through the local needs and the RBC are invited, even if it is only one to four weeks or up to three months, if they are unable to volunteer for a full year.
Besides being skilled tradesmen, they also need to meet spiritual qualifications. In good health between the age of 18-55. In some cases, because of the need, they have accepted some who are older than 55.
In fact, the application also asks what kind of movies we watch, what our health condition is and other questions. So we need to be in good moral, mental, spiritual & physical health. If your situation allows you to apply and you meet the requirements, then talk with the brothers to get the application.
Jehovah will richly reward all who can give of themselves in such a way.
