I have often wanted to have a page for my meeting notes.  Mainly it is for main points that really touched me, or are point I need to work on.  Most likely this will be used for Sunday meeting, but there may be some from time to time on Tuesday meetings.  I don't think I will be putting assembly or convention notes on here, but I may put a few main points from them on here.

If you review this... please forgive me as I am bound to make mistakes in typing out a scripture or comment.  I do my best, but I fall short.

when you think of something being near, it is in reach, under one's nose.

the Kingdom really is near, so it is important that we live our lives so that it reflects we do believe the Kingdom is near.

if you want to live and serve Jehovah eternally... you must be advocates of the Kingdom.

Mal 3:18... you will again see the distinction between one serving God and one not serving God....

If there is an organization or individual that is giving you false information leading to no good, then it needs to be disposed of.

Integrity means... soundness, it requires the right heart condition.

1.5 million attended worldwide in 2 days the Annual Meeting of Jehovah's Witnesses on Oct 5th & 6th, 2013 where we received this precious gift from our Heavenly Father.

God does not expect perfection of us, so who are we to be nit picky of others?

2/18/2014  it was announced tonight that some things are changing.  From this point on, we will no longer be calling our Conventions, "District Convention".  It will now be called "Regional Convention".  Also our Circuit Assemblies will no long be 2 days, as of 2015 they will be just one day.  And Special Assemblies will also be known as Circuit Assembly.  (at least, I think I got this info straight.  I was scrambling to find a pen and paper when they were giving this info out.  Perhaps they will read it again at the next meeting and I can double check the facts.  

1/21/2014 C.O. visit:   Even if our heart is out of line at this moment, WE ARE NOT HOPELESS!!  We can improve on it, start by developing and deepening our love for Jehovah and he will help us. 

10/27/13 S.A.D.  How to overcome improper thinking.  

The more we think about spiritual things, the more the old sinful thoughts dry up.  Don't give up, just keep working at it.  

Jehovah wants us to keep trying, Satan wants us to give up.

If you have a weak moment, DON"T GIVE UP, try again!
