Lauren worked so hard and spent most of the day cooking, besides the turkey, she made stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, steamed veggies, she made 2 dishes of green bean casserole, one with milk and one with soy (as both Autumn and I can't have milk), there was also a cranberry salad, bbq chicken  & bacon bites (appetizers) I think I am forgetting something.  B&C brought crescents and J&D brought the drinks.  Then there was pumpkin pie, pecan pie and black bottom cheesecake that my mom made for us. YUM YUM!  I can't wait to come home after my doc apt and have left overs.

We skimmed through a bunch of home movies so Autumn could see Colton when he was just a tike.  We also played our wedding shower as well.  We had such a nice time visiting.  We all adore Autumn, she seems to calm/relax Colton, actually they both seem to do that for each other.  It is very sweet.

But I really need to get ready to go. ... i checked the weather yesterday and it said there wouldn't be any snow all week, and ... what is it doing? SNOWING... I don't mind, but it would sure be nice to have a accurate forecast.  

UPDATE:  So I had my eye apt today... everything looks good. Although my one eye had torn retina, it hasn't torn anymore and it has healed some.  But there is only so much it can heal, so as long as I don't have one of those pills that makes me cough like crazy, I think I will be ok.  My glasses are getting kind of scratched, as I have had them for .. 3 or 4 years.  So I am getting a new pair.  I am really getting tired of these frames.  I had another frame in mind and they actually had it so I am happy about that.  Only my left eye has changed a little tiny bit, So it will be an easy adjustment to the new glasses.

But now I am so stinkin tuckered out.  It didn't help that I woke up at 6:30, my stomach was giving me grief and I couldn't get back to sleep.  So I am going to go crash!  Lauren has a sore throat and isn't feeling well at all today, I don't know if she is going to be able to manage going to the meeting tonight.  Steph has been having a lot of fun with Autumn and Colton today.  They are showing her the sites.  I don't think they are going to get any painting done today... as Autumn is paint, I think all of the rooms in her house and Colton and Steph were going to help with some of the painting today.  IDK if they are even getting into it or not.  At least they are all having some fun.
