skunk

This is so beautiful... Lake Geneva, Switzerland Whoa, i guess a skunk went into our garage, and sprayed somewhere. yesterday, while EO & Lauren had to go up town, they didn't know what the deal was, but they ended up smelling like skunk yesterday. When they got home and came in the bedroom.. whoa, it was not nice.
So I am guessing our car is going to stink too today. I am not going to be able to handle that at all. He did their laundry and used some of this spray he has for hunting, that removes scent. he sprayed the clothes and then poured some in the washing machine as well. Perhaps we will have to get another bottle and spray down the cars. We will see.
Steph's car wasn't in the garage at the time, so her car doesn't stink. Colton parks under the roof EO built so his car was fine as well.
EO said he saw the skunk tracts and saw it had dug by the chicken coup but it couldn't get in, and he followed the tracts and it looks like he gave up around here. Although he could be back. What a way to wake up from hibernation only to have to deal with all this snow and no food. I do hope he won't be back. Although we have skunks that live around here. I don't remember if it was last summer or the summer before, there was one digging all day in our field her by the house. It rained the whole time it was here so it wasn't smelly.
Well, I better get ready to go. I have physical therapy for my hips today. I do hope they can help, but I know I will be in a whole lot of pain. It takes all of about 4 or 5 minutes (tops) of messing with my hips for them to swell, lock up and put me in screaming pain. So this should be fun. I am going to be sure to take some pain pills by the time I leave the clinic. Then I will have company when I get home and that will be a helpful distraction from the pain. Although maybe I won't be real bad... I can dream, right?
