She sold

in under 24 hours, she sold. Actually, she was sold within a hour of her being listed, however, EO just didn't have enough time to show her yesterday so we couldn't have the people come until after he got home from service. In fact, an hour after the first caller said she would take her, another person called and they wanted to come and see her. Then about 2 hours after that, another person texted they wanted to come and see her. Then this morning, a woman begged us to let her come and buy her before the first buyer could get here. As it is, the woman today said, she would pay more for her. but we gave our word to the first buyer not to take anyone before her as she was the first caller. So we stayed firm on the price because we knew we could get more. Perhaps we could have asked for more, Steph really needed to be sure she would sell. And Steph did make a nice profit off of what she paid for her. So we will be putting the trailer and hay up for sale somewhere along the line here. Perhaps the saddle. Although the woman might buy it too as they really liked it. It is a really great saddle. Even that she will make a profit on. The trailer she will make a profit on as well. The only money she can't get back is the hay that was used and the barn and fencing, however, her profit covers that as well and there is still some profit remaining. So it will work out. She will have the money she needs to move and get some furniture. Plus whatever else she saves this summer should cover her costs. She will be happy. The girl who the horse would be for, got on her and road her around the driveway for about 30 seconds came back and said "I WANT HER". I could see right away that the girl really knows how to ride. Then she didn't want to have to get off of her. She rode around for awhile and then while they talked it over, she stayed on her. IT was so sweet to see how well she liked her and was comfortable with her.
Poor Steph, has no voice at all today. The and she still has to work 13 or 14 hours today. The customers have found it rather funny, so she is trying to entertain them and they are tipping her very well. Poor girl. It is so hard to work when you don't feel well.
I am struggling to wake up today. But I did get my bible reading and ministry in, I should have 15 hours by the end of the month. Plus I did get my walk in this morning as well. I am happy I did that too. My back and hips were screaming at me, but I survived.
I am having more fun with my phone. I am starting to load various apps onto it. Just stuff I think I will really use. Who knew I could have so much fun with it.
