so i never made it on here yesterday, that just shows, i was worse yesterday than all the days before. ugh! We did have morning worship, and we did have family study... both were FABULOUS!!!!! I just couldn't say no to either one of those. I guess I was so sick, I needed Jehovah's comfort even more. I sipped ginger ale all day because i was so horrible nauseated all day. But Jehovah gave me the strength to power through, and the funny thing is, as sick as I was, during morning worship and during family study, my nausea eased up part way through and that is what helped me to not have to stop early. So I thank Jehovah for that.
Today, I just have a beast of a headache, and since I got up my right eye is so irritated. I can't see anything in it, but something is sure bugging it.
ok, so awhile ago, I posted how much Steph wanted to get a job at Panera Bread. https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/home.html <------ click this link to go to the site. So she had gone to the job fair for Panera at the end of Nov. and she thought for sure she would get hired, but no dice. Well, she found out the other day (Monday or Tuesday) about another job fair they were having in Duluth, and she wasn't going to go, but all the of the sudden she jumped up and took off and went. Last time she only wanted the baking job and when they asked her about taking other positions she didn't really want them. This time, she met with a number of managers. (did I post this already?) She said, originally she wanted a baking position but she realized she didn't qualify (as they want bakers with 2+ years experience) but she would be willing to take on any position. They asked, have you done "drive through", Steph said, at DQ she worked all the positions including "drive through". They asked, at Merk Perk, you have "Barista" training? She said, yes, I was the main one there, I even created drinks. They were happy because Panera will have both a drive through and Barista. "HEAVEN" for Steph...lol. Like last time what they really wanted was to put her in a couple positions and then move her into assistant manager position and eventually move her into assistant manager. She said yes to all of it. So they said they would call her on Friday. Well, they called on Thursday and said they want her to come in on Monday to start. The store doesn't open until the beginning of next month, but they want the staff to get familiar with everything there. She couldn't be more excited. EO and I are so happy for her. She wanted to be a vet tech but couldn't afford it, so her next dream job would be to work at Panera and she will!!
However, she is going to have a long drive. So I am guessing somewhere along the line she is going to want to find a place in Duluth or Superior to move to. Duluth is more spendy than Superior, unless there is Witness family or sister who would want to rent a room or basement or something like that to her.
