She did it!!

In the back is Linda Spencer, Susie Swanson is on the bottom. Jody Karo/Steinblock is sitting on Susie with me (love my red socks) I am holding up Rachel Peterson/Stern and the one holding up her nightgown from it slipping is Kelly Conley/Myers. I miss these girls.Thankfully, Jehovah did it again. Steph went for the interview, but the lady wasn't there. So, the staff got a different manager to come and give her an interview. And he really didn't know what to do, and just when they were finishing up, the lady showed up. So Steph did another interview with the lady. Well, the lady was really happy and said, she would start next week. I forget how it was all worded but it was something to the effect that she had never hired someone on the spot until now. She mentioned that Steph had a wonderful smile and the customers would love her. .... OH... so not real long after I post yesterday, Steph got a phone call from SuperOne to come in for an interview. I guess people are really happy working there and they pay decent too. Steph is just going to start out with a higher wage, and then somewhere along the line she is going to get the health insurance that they offer. Only thing, they don't do full time hours, only part time. Although they do full time for managers. so they already expect most people will have more than one part time job to schedule around. But the best part, they have no problems will her not working during the meetings. So she will have those off. YAHOO!!
So I did get a few more answers, turns out i have arthritic spurs in both my hips. Which explains why I have pain in both of them. However my right hip isn't nearly as bad as my left. My right just hurts from time to time. My left is bad 24/7. So they are sending me to an ortho doc. I am going to see my stomach doc again to see if there is anything new that can be tried to ease my digestive miseries. (I don't expect there would be, but will double check) And it turns out my thyroid meds are too low so they are increasing that. But my blood pressure is good so they are going to leave that alone. My new doc told me that my health issues are pretty overwhelming to her. I told her most docs feel that way. There is such a huge mixing pot of everything and it is hard for them to sort out what is what. I told her the Doc at Mayo said it is going to be hard to discern what is what and that another doc said since I react so badly to so many meds that they would just try to keep me comfortable since there is no cure for what I have.
When we arrived at the Villa Darnelle, Jackie and Kathy were just leaving, so we were able to talk with them a couple minutes. And Randy and Mary were right behind us coming in. Poor Mary, loosing her dad 9 months ago then her mom a few days ago, and now... I feel for her. Carol wasn't awake today as much as she was yesterday. Yesterday EO put her in a wheel chair and brought her to the door then he went and got the car and drove by real slow so she could see our car. Then he wheeled her around real slow to just see some different views out the window. She wasn't up real long but EO was glad to be able to get her out of her room for a few minutes. It is so hard. It has now been 153 days since this whole thing began. It is now wonder we are all struggling so much.
