I'm up!

yesterday, was such a long day and i was in total agony. it wasn't too bad to start. i had my lab apt then we went up the hill and i went for the first time to Panera for lunch. Soooo good!!! It was awesome to see where Steph worked and see her at work.
But my hip started hurting when I got out of the car at Panera, I kind of pulled wrong. EO made a couple stops (I didn't even have to get out of the car) and then we went to my second apt. But for some reason, by that point, it became a terrible challenge. I was in agony and running a low temp. Afterwards we stopped to drop some water off for Lauren and Steph was there (she just had a short shift). I couldn't handle staying very long. just about 20 minutes or so. I wished i could have stayed and visited with Lauren and Ma, but i was about an inch away from being in tears.
One thing that was nice was I was able to listen to the Tuesday meeting on the way up and on the way back home. that made the ride go sooooo fast! Steph has started to listen to a number of mags, dramatic Bible readings and other downloads from the JW.org site. She has really been enjoying that. Although I didn't have my Bible and what not with, it was still awesome to listen to in the car. i think i actually listened better because I wasn't distracted by the books? can't figure that one out, as we need them in our worship, but whatever. it isn't like i go anywhere to do that very often.
I was in some pretty horrific pain again last night and had to take some extra pain meds. today, i am wanting more of the same, however... i have to get my regular meds in me first, as i just woke up too late for that.
Lauren is making improvements, but she still has a lot of recovery to do. Steph still has a nasty cough, and she is getting nose bleeds now really bad, from all the nose blowing. but she too is making baby steps to being well again.
EO is still sleeping, but after morning worship... i am going right back to bed. i am hoping i will get some more sleep. it is going to be a really rough day for pain. i hurt all over and so much... i just hope i can stay awake for morning worship.
