eye pain

woke up this morning with terrible pain in my eye. it felt like there was a cat hair in it. maybe there was. it took awhile to get it worked out... well, whatever was in it worked its way out. but now it feels very irritated so maybe it either was scratched or stressed. at least it wasn't pink eye or something worse.
i also woke up with a very sick stomach. but i made some peppermint tea and that is helping. i've been making a cup of it every morning the past couple weeks and it has helped. i make it in the morning, and by 1-2pm, it is nice and cold and that seems to be around the time my stomach starts acting up. i drink half a big mug of it and save the other half for after supper, as I tend to have a very unhappy stomach after i eat dinner. the peppermint tea is doing the trick.
so my current drinks are, iced tea with 1/5 of orange juice for the morning... if i haven't finished it by lunch, i finish it then. then, it is either ginger ale or peppermint tea with/after lunch. water throughout the day. i finish my tea and/or ginger ale with/after dinner, and then water for the rest of the night. Not that this is all that interesting, but it is my current routine.
