nice day

Awesome! It is such a nice day today. Everyone is busy this morning. The mood in the house is up. Colton submitted his last chemistry test last night and he couldn't be happier to be done with that subject. He has pretty much aced that class as his lowest score was an A-. He has yet another doctor apt today and then has to go back in later this week. Crazy how many doc apts and test they have to run just to go into college.
Steph continues to make progress with various things and so her mood is high, she isn't feeling like she is standing still in her plans, but she is reaching for her goals so she is very encouraged. She is working a double shift today at DQ, so she will be super tired tonight.
Lauren just is so happy being done with mom's rummage sale, so that stress is gone and over and she can just focus on the day to day things again.
With the kids being more at peace, it has helped EO feel more at peace as well. All of their stresses are not weighing them down but seem to be not holding them back anymore. Family worship has been more productive and I think that is also helping them. Each week we are doing something different, and making the effort to do it when everyone is home, like last week it was at 9pm. Even though my thinking process is hit and miss that late at night, everyone is stepping up and appreciating the effort being made for the whole family. At least it seems like that anyways. Well, whatever the reason for the calm, I appreciate it because we certainly have our share of stress and the calm times don't last real long, but I will take it however long it will last.
My ribs are really hurting today, so breathing is a challenge. Yesterday was sure rough. My digestive tract showed no mercy on me. By noon, I was getting pretty dehydrated. I had to lay low the rest of the day, well I didn't really have the strength to hardly lift my head as the day went on. Now today, I am continuing to work on my fluid levels, I have to get them back up. Sometimes it would be so nice to be able to just have an IV of fluids a few times a week, I know I would feel so much better. I always do when I have one. But what can ya do?
Not being on the computer for a couple of days was pretty nice. I found the only thing I even missed is the JW.org site for my Bible reading.
It is kind of goofy, I don't know what I have gotten done here...not much, but my day is flying by and I am still sitting here. Granted, I have stopped and started this post a dozen times as I have been busy talking to everyone as they pass though.
