It is really greening up.  Granted there are a lot of trees with just buds on them, but we are seeing a lot of nice color out there.  But the weather has been very odd.  Yesterday it was about 77 here in Solon.  But in Superior, it was 95 and with no wind at all.  EO said when they walked into Carol's room, it was horrible hot and they opened up the window and even though there was no breeze, it did let the air filter a bit.  

And then the wind had pushed all that ice off of Lake Superior up to the shores of park point and wisconsin point.  There are pictures of people sitting or standing on the ice.  Well, with it so hot out the ice was refreshing... i would imagine.  Although some said the water was just way to cold to be in for more than a minute as it just isn't safe to do that.  But it is just funny to see pics of people laying on the beach getting a tan, with all that ice on the lake.  It is just so odd.

Steph makes a bit more progress each day.  But she still isn't really able to be up yet. I think she might have to skip work tomorrow too.  I thought she might be able to handle work by Thursday, and it kind of looks like that will be the case.

EO and I did our morning worship and then he was off to go work at the apts today.  He actually has a lot he needs to get done today, down there.  

Steph asked Lauren to come down yesterday, and since it is Lauren's day off, she came down.  We just laid around but it was nice to have her home.  I think Steph really missed her too, so she was able to get some sister time in.  She stayed long enough so she could also get some time with EO too.  Colton had stopped in yesterday morning for  a hour or so.  It was nice to see all the kids today.

as for me... i really struggled to wake up this morning.  and when i did, i had a sinus headache to deal with.  And still dealing with the hip and back pain.  Yesterday, my stomach was so nasty.  but as the day went on, it started to settle down, but it was just so "blah" ...is the only word i can come up with.  My ribs seem to be giving me trouble today too.  I haven't had much inflammation from them in awhile.  but taking a deep breath today...whoa mama, not fun!  maybe it is the dampness in the air.  i need a new topic

 i found out some friends in the hall don't have the money to go to the convention.  Now, Jehovah always has a way to provide for his people.  I have seen it repeatedly over the years.  I know several who have had rummage sales to get the money they need.  I don't know if they are planning to have a sale, but I am sure I can come up with some stuff to donate towards it.  I know we just sent a bunch of stuff up to the auction, but I think I could find some clothes or some odds and ends we could put in the sale.  ok, again I don't even know if they are going to have a sale or not.  EO was pacing this morning, and I asked him what was wrong, and he told me about this situation and that he was trying to figure out what he could do to help.  That is a big reason why I love him.  He is always wanting to help others however he can.  I have spent the morning in prayer to figure out something we can do to help as well as asking Jehovah to provide for these families as well as any other families who are facing a similar situation for their own conventions.

we will just keep praying....
