Today's day text

I was up late, I just couldn't unwind last night.  And then, EO gets up by 8am this morning... and I woke up and figured I better get up... well, now it is taking all my strength to stay awake.  I think i am going to need to take a nap, sooner rather than later.

Poor Teff, isn't feeling well.  last night she had a terrible migraine and her legs have been hurting her.  Last week, I had the same thing. I couldn't stop moving my legs because they hurt so bad.  and if I stopped moving them, i thought i would scream.  the day before they hurt just a little, and the day after they hurt just a little.  But the day of... no pain meds could really touch the pain my legs were in.  Well, Steph has that now.  She just can't stand her legs today.  So last night she had a feeling she was going to be too sick to handle the meeting.  Sure enough, she had to go outside because she couldn't handled the heat in the Hall.  Her head was pounding, she ended up coming home early and went right to bed.  She was in misery!  

EO is going to be home before too long.  He had to take my mom to a doc apt. he also had a little shopping to do and he was going to stop and see his mom for a bit.  

Man, i am so tired.  maybe if i feel better i can post an update.




**********UPDATE

well, i fell right to sleep and slept for a hour.  it helped some, but it was torture waking up again.

Then no sooner did EO get home and I got the best surprise EVER!!!  My Auntie Brae and Gram came in.  Last couple times they were down, i was so sick, i couldn't see them.  So they came here to see me.  We visited for awhile...ok, not just me, after our visit they headed over to Ma's to see her.  It was so nice.  They just made my day!!  Week!! Month!!!!!  I am almost as excited as when we got our new Bibles.  ALMOST... and I was sure excited about that!!!   It just does my heart good to see them.  

And then my Aunt gave me something, so that whenever I need some comfort I can hug this pair...

So stinkin' CUTE!!  love it!!!

Well, I might be really tired and feeling cruddy, but I am so happy.

EO said his mom is doing ok today.  She is eating better.  Still not a lot, but for the longest time she couldn't even eat 3 times a day, and she can now, plus drinking the ensure.  So that is great.  She still is loosing a lot of weight, she just can't eat enough to keep up, but when she has that fluid drained, she has about 4 days that she eats better.  She keeps on fighting and that is so encouraging to the rest of us.  We are all on edge for when she starts Chemo.  I think once we see if she tolerates it well or not, it will make a big difference in our nerves.  

EO just got himself a car trailer.  He has wanted one, since....forever.  He loves taking old junkie trailers and fixing them up.  Well, this one isn't in all that bad of shape, but he will fix it up and it will be as good as new.  He is super excited, being the carport project is done and the wood project is done, so he has a new project.  It won't hold him over until hunting season begins, but it will give him something to do this week.

The sun is shining and it is just a great day!

After the meeting last night, on working on our Joy and the day text the other day, that Jehovah gives us joy no matter what we have to go through, I realize I need to work on that.  So I am adding that into my prayers....speaking of prayers....

Colton's hours got cut a while ago for my mom.  So he is down to next to nothing.  And now there is the delay in starting at the Golden ...? nursing home, until he can pass and get this license.  He is out of money.  So a serious prayer went out, asking for help.  Well, today his phone bill is due and his car payment is due and he didn't have money for it.  Today in the mail, he got a check from the school... enough to cover his car payment and cell phone.  He was stunned at the timing, and I just smiled, cause Jehovah wants us to know it is from Him, that is why he does it like that.  

I have had a lot to thank Him for today in my prayers.
