Yesterday I had the worst headache. I wish i knew what was triggering it.  i'm guessing stress, but i just don't know.  i had a touch of it all night and i am still boarder line migraine.  I didn't work out again today as i just can't handle moving my head around.  but did do my bible reading etc.  

Being i was feeling so rough I watched the first season of SMASH with Colton.  I can see what he is addicted to it.  The music is FABULOUS, it is just well put together.  Plus i think it is really cool to see all that goes into making a broadway show. BUT and it is a honkin huge but... the gay stuff ... at least we could fast forward so we didn't have to look at it.  Like any show these days, Satan is sure having a field day.

I am feeling horrible today.  I do hope i will feel better later and be able to workout.  I don't like missing days.  

EO & Lauren have left to take mom to her doc apt.  she is seeing her back doc, as she was totally distracted and didn't pay attention as to what to expect about her spinal disease, she is going to get more info on it today.  Lauren will be with her in case she misses anything ... or just cause mom usually says stuff wrong or will get hung up on something and not pay attention.  i kind of think this is my stress right now.
