this morning, EO and i sat down for morning worship and enjoyed that.  He started tending to some things while I was pre registering for my MRI on Friday.  Pretty cool that i can do that on line now.  anyway, then i had to do some other stuff for EO on the computer.  Then all of the sudden, it felt like someone hit me in the head and I instantly had a massive migraine.  I was both light and sound sensitive.  I was quickly trying to darken the bedroom.  EO got me an ice pack and some ginger ale as i was getting sicker.  I had taken some meds right when it started and then i laid down and focused on relaxing my body.  I focused on my feet, legs, neck, arms... i would feel some part locking up and I refocused on relaxing.  I managed to go to sleep.  

when i woke up, it was mostly under control.  but i have been staying in bed as it doesn't take much for it to flare back up.  just stinks to be sick.  EO said he thought maybe it was another toxin my body was dealing with.  Since it hit so suddenly like it did.

Colton is still sick.  he was at work last night when his boss told him to get to the ER.  his eye was gunking up fast.  it seems he may have an infection in his right eye... maybe even his left.  poor guy.  he just hasn't been able to get better.  it is so strange for him to be sick.

Steph is at work even though her back has been giving her trouble.  Lauren has been busy working for Gram today.  just so much going on.  

being i have been in bed, my hip hasn't been too bad today.  just a bit stiff.
