meatless

So much stomach pain today and the past... (years) few days, it is making me go crazier. It is so bad, I can't even stand up straight. Although I have special meds for the pain that is from connective tissue digestive track pain, it doesn't help me with the pain from my food troubles.
A few weeks ago, we went out to dinner, the food was so yummy, but I got SO stinkin' sick. Since then, I can't handle eating meat at all. I've been having trouble with, Turkey, Cheap Chicken, Fake Crab, Super Chemical Processed Stuff, Pig & occasionally Cow and I have been dealing with this for the many years, And as for fish, well, I really gag on fish, although I do enjoy a little bass. I pretty much live on Venison. I Love real crab legs, lobster, shrimp, but can't handle eating too much of it. Now, anything more than 1 bite is ripping my guts apart.
So I am trying to figure out, what is out there that is meatless & still satisfying as a meal. BTW if you have ideas, feel free to email them to me. I need to figure out what I am going to do about lunches for the D.C. too.
Oh, plus, I can't eat pasta, I get real sick from all of it. Don't get me started on fried food, once in awhile I can handle a few french fries but only a few.
So currently I eat things like, pancakes w/eggs. I also enjoy tacos just w/beans or I will do up a Nachos dish again no meat, just beans and other good stuff. I do love mashed potatoes or baked potatoes w/veggies. I snack on nuts, but sometimes I choke when I have peanuts or peanut butter. I do love Thin crust Veggie alfredo pizza or even just cheese pizza. (I don't do well with lots of breading or thick crust) I do like some Chinese food but can't eat rice. Oh, and I really don't like tofu at all. But that is pretty much it.
Yesterday Leon & the girls brought me home a great big salad from Subway. Mostly it was spinach, as I don't do well with lettuce. I thought it could use some hard boiled egg whites (as I can't eat a lot of yolk).
Are you seeing a pattern here? I eat a lot of cereal, as it can't be anything with corn or rice as I don't handle those well.
Also I don't do much dairy, I do ok w/yogurt & cheese & w/my cereal I have soy milk. Regular milk & ice cream make me really congested.
So, what can you come up with that has no meat, no pasta, no yolks, little or no bread, no milk, no rice, little or no corn or lettuce. No fried food or any kind of processed stuff, which includes pre bagged salads. they claim they don't put anything on them, but why is it, when I eat home made salad I'm fine, but bagged salad, my guts are being ripped apart?
So this is my dilemma. I have looked on-line, and gotten a few ideas, but so much involves pasta. I just don't know many vegans out there, one I do know, eats a lot of pasta so again, I'm stuck.
So feel free to email me, if you have any ideas.
