I love otters. They might be fierce, but they are just so so cute!Jeff is down for several days. He got here before the freezing rain made the roads undriveable. Actually, EO warned him our road is sheer ice, just a few minutes before he got here. Then about a minute later, he called as said... You are right, HELP. He turned onto our road and slid and his car was stuck, so Colton and EO went an pushed him out of the snowbank. It is still raining some but melting mostly. That is crazy to have this time of the year so warm. Just unreal!
So my headache is gone YAY!!! but I had no motivation to get up this morning and workout BOO!!! The guys were up doing stuff (getting ready for ice fishing EWW!!!) and I got up and ate and did my bible reading + YAY!!! and they headed out and I thought, I have no excuse... just do it! So I did YAY!!! and I am so glad I did YAY!!! And my arm hardly hurt at all when I worked out YAY!!! but I did tone it down because my lymph nodes are super swollen BOO!!! But at least I still gave it good effort YAY!!!
Now as for the rest of my day.... well, I am doing a load of laundry and I loaded the rest of the dishes in the dishwasher and got that going, so I will take care of that stuff when it is done. That's about it. The guys are going to be gone the whole day. Cause what they catch today they are going to use as bate for bullheads which they will catch tonight. So even though Colton and Lauren are here, I am pretty much on my own today, as Colton will be sleeping until 3 or 4 and Lauren goes to work at 2. I think she is sleeping too right now. maybe i will start working on our closet today?
I have been looking on line trying to figure out what we need and what would work best for our stuff. I think I am going to have EO go buy a huge metal (as mice chew through plastic ones) garbage can and I will use it for storage of old clothes. Stuff that doesn't fit right now, but if I ever loose weight, so I can wear the items again, i would like to. I would also put other stuff in it that we don't really need right now, but don't want to get rid of. our closet is about as bad as it was under our bathroom sink. I would also like to get another container or garbage can (metal to keep the critters out) to put extra blankets. I just have no place to store extra blankets. Plus there is a ton of stuff I just need to get rid of. The only thing i am concerned about is, I don't know that my arms can handle the task. Whenever I use my arms hard, I get out of breath and dizzy and a migraine. I think as I use them something pinches off. My one doc says he hears weakness in my carotid artery when I raise my arms. There is a name for it, but at the moment I can't remember it. Anyways, almost all the work in the closet involves raising my arms above my shoulders... it is actually when my elbows reach the level of my shoulders or higher is when I have the problems and it is an instant problem, it isn't like it takes a few minutes before there is a problem, it is instantly. So maybe I could tackle removing a few items at first and then wait for another day when EO can help me over haul the closet. We have so much space up above the rod and shelf, I kind of wish the rod and shelf could be raised up about 10+ inches, which would make our floor space more usable. I know there is a bunch of stuff I could throw away in there. I am just going to have to do more figuring.
