It's monday!

It is yet another monday, and I am already worn out, and it is only 10:30 am. what ever will I do?
Stomach is funky, so I didn't sleep well. I was up about 7:30, did some bible reading, started a few small loads of laundry, and worked on the puzzle. I actually got a little of it done. Grandma Marge has been here a lot this past week, and she has been working on the puzzle too. She clearly isn't doing well either, as she hasn't done much. She has worked all sorts of puzzles, 4-D, the dreaded cherry pie, even a number of 2 sided puzzles and the fact she really has only put a small handful of pieces together tells me her brain issues are getting in the way. Oh well, no worries, the new system will be here soon.
I ordered a few things off JCPennys.com a week or so ago, and got them on Friday. I really like shopping on line so much more than shopping in stores. Actually I don't like shopping period, but at least on line doesn't wear me out. Since I was a kid, I didn't like shopping. I dreaded going even to a grocery store. Maybe it is the hard floors, One thing was I could never find what I like, and the few times I find something, it is almost the most expensive item in the store. I remember when Leon wanted me to pick out a new bedroom set and I told him there is no point, we could never afford what I would want to have. We looked for a couple of years and I never found anything, then one day, I spotted it, I said, "there is it, that is the one I want!" Leon said, "where". I pointed WAY across the room. He laughed and said, you can't even see it from here. I said, "I can see it!". We walked over to it, and there was an amazing bed, with BIG HEAVY pillars, carved in a scrolling design. I think it was an mahogany. It also had a fabulous dresser w/mirror, 2 end tables, there may have been one other piece. Just the bed was $4500, not even a mattress came with it.
The same thing happened when we were looking for a dinning set. I told Leon just to go pick something out, because we could never afford what I would really want. Last year, when we were down in Stillwater, we checked out a few antique shops. There was one place, that had the most awesome furniture in it. Heavy oak, hutches and well, I have to say, "back in the day" they really knew how to make furniture. I priced the pieces I would want, and it was about $50,000. That wasn't even a sofa or chair. I could just live up there in that warehouse! I know where I will be getting my furniture in the new system!
