This is a cottage at the Hearst Castle.
We broke under pressure. We had to set up the A/C and now we are all breathing easier. What a wonderful invention and every year I treasure it more, as it seems the sicker I get, the less able I can handle the hot temps. I don't know how I managed years ago when we didn't have A/C... although I do remember taking the kids to the lake a lot.
Super sick today. It isn't the heat, my lymph nodes are so swollen it hurts to sit. In fact I feel so crummy, I'm watching Atlantis, which I only watch when I am pretty much at my worst. I think I will see if EO will go get me a drink from the coffee shop later. Lauren wants some ice cream too, so I think he will go? He has been busy tending to me all morning.
So I am heading back to bed and I'm sure tomorrow will be a better day.
