Such a cool picture!

I hurt my back... actually, I was just sitting up and I felt a funny tug in my back but dismissed it.  Then several minutes later I went to get up and I couldn't.  The pain in my back was so bad, I thought I was passing a kidney stone.  In fact, I was really sure that I was passing a stone.  But then I laid down and the pain went away (mostly) I got back up and the pain was horrendous.  So I carefully examined what my symptoms were, and I ruled out kidney stone and figured it must be muscle related. So I took a bunch of meds, used ice packs and stayed in bed.  Now today, I can sit and I can lay, but I can't stand up, and walking is...whoa, even worse than standing.  Boy I hope this doesn't last long.  The pain is better today than yesterday but still, I can't be up doing anything.

Now that the squat challenge is over, I do feel stronger and I was going to increase my walking this month... (starting yesterday) but, that is put on hold until I can actually stand again.

I did manage to get to the table today to do my Bible reading and I wanted to put a full hour in service today.  I want to get ahead on my time as I tend to be pretty shot right after the DC.  I am guessing I will miss at least a week of service, so I want to get my time in before we leave.  So my goal is to have my 15 hrs in by the 24th.

Steph took her car in today to George because of all the hail damage she got from that really bad hail storm.  The check from the insurance company is for just over $4000.  WOW, that will be nice for them.  I forgot to ask how long it will take.  Well, it will be great to have that fixed.  After she took her car in, she went right to work at the Merk today.  She works until 5, then will have to rush home and get ready for the meeting.  With the holiday this week, Colton & Steph are having to work a lot more hours this week.

Lauren is working for me today.  I am having her do extra through cleaning today because of the company we have staying with us Sunday.  I will try not to wear her out though with the meeting tonight.

It is fun to watch Latae outside, because she is just so at home outdoors.  If we had to release her outdoors, we know she would survive, but Milly... she is a little to stupid to survive.  One thing about Latae, is her color is so so so perfect she vanishes.  More than once I have looked at her and commented, and unless you know her exact location, you just don't see her, she blends into the sand and grassy ground, she can be in the shade and you can hardly see her at all.  Even with as big as she is, she is hard to spot.  When you do see her, you just can't get over how well she blends in.  I know that had a lot to do with how long she was able to survive all those weeks outside.  I think it was 13 or 16 weeks she was missing.  And then for her to get so massively huge during that time.  Most outdoor cats are very skinny.  I still think she might have some bobcat in her. She is just too smart and too huge to be a regular house cat.  Well, then the fact that fat house cats, get fat from being in the house, she didn't do that, she got fat being outside.  The other thing that makes me wonder about her is why when she came back, her nose was so bowed out huge and her paws were massive.  IDK why we didn't take a picture of her face.  The pic I took of her paws showed her paw was almost triple the size of my thumb.  And she as solid muscle.  As she walked you could see her muscle rippling, it was crazy.  On top of it, she is so much smarter than any house cat I have ever seen.

Anyway, my fingers are flaring up from all this typing... silly me going on so long about Latae.  I should go talk to Lauren about what she is doing today for me.  So off i go...ok, bad back, I will page her, lol
