I really wanted to be at the hall today, and I made it.  The rest of the week, was the phone hook up for the meeting, but I'm so happy I got to be at the hall for Bro. Letcher's last day with us.  He is a very nice brother, we all are going to enjoy our new C.O.

I really wasn't up to being there, but Steph was in such rough shape, she couldn't go.  But she got the phone hook up with Grandma.  Plus, she did get to hear the talks when she visited the Meadowlands cong.  I know it isn't the same, but some is better than none.

As for Steph, she has some bruising and a lot of swelling.  Today is a little better than the days before, but not much.
She still can't eat anything that requires chewing.  I thought for a moment of getting her some baby food, but didn't want her to feel like i was making fun of her.  Poor girl.  Colton is picking up more mashed potatoes & gravy from KFC today for her, so she will have those tonight.  Then tomorrow, when eo brings mom up for her dr apt, They will pick up more from KFC for her, and me, i like the cole slaw & biscuits & potatoes, and gravy, but i can't eat that.  So we will keep her in stock of that for another week.  Hopefully, she will be able to begin chewing soon.
 
Back to the meeting.  I was so glad to be there.  I haven't seen many of the friends in a long time.  I saw eyes get big when I walked in.  But those big eyes in an instant turned to very concerned eyes when they looked at me.  I guess I just can't fake how I feel anymore.  Some friends came and gave me a hug right away.  Some friends gave me a hug before and after the meeting.  That really meant a lot to me.
