I don't know if I have talked about food.  All the food I can and can't eat, and when I can and when I can't????

when I say I get indigestion, I mean, where food is coming back up, burning coming up, stomach ache for hours.

CAN'T eat
Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange and so on)...... non stop indigestion
Meat........... doubled over in horrible pain and then the runs
Eggs... not even egg whites.  and especially not fake eggs............... the runs
Dairy...... it curdles inside me, it comes up and runs out... NOT FUN
Rice..... even a 1/4 cup cooked, I can't use the bathroom for days
Onions..... horrible indigestion for a day & a half
Celery... i can eat as long as it is before 3 pm... after 3 pm indigestion
Oatmeal.... I can eat as long as it is in the morning, and not real often
Corn Syrup or Maple.......... dizzy
Fake meat.... still has a certain amount of meat... thus the runs
Tofu.... ok, just don't like it, so I am guessing there is something my body can't handle.
Fried anything gives me indigestion
Alfredo sauce... has egg yolks in it so the runs, and milk, so curdling
Sliced oil based cheese..... indigestion


What I CAN eat....
Breakfast, certain cereals, with Almond milk
Lunch, various veggies, peas, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, lettuce and so on
I normally have veggies & a baked potato 
Sometimes I might have bread, cheese, lettuce sandwich.  maybe cucumbers and pickles
sometimes spinach on it too.
Once in a great while, a cheese pizza. Thin crust, as I can't handle crust.
Dinner is something light, like an apple and few slices of cheddar cheese,
or cheese & crackers, maybe a pickle.

For a snack, maybe a pear, or some other fruit and nuts.
For protein, I have the almond milk, cheese... There are a few protein bars that help when I get rather lethargic.
