we got last minute guests that came for the weekend.  Jeff, James & Emma.  They got here Friday morning and will leave on Monday.  Leon & Jeff have been doing the "male bonding", & a little ice fishing.  But it has been so cold, it has been hard on them to be out there long.  

Yesterday, I felt better for a short while and played cards with Steph, James & Emma.  That was fun.  Slap jack with 4 decks of cards.  But twice we changed what to slap, I think it was a 5 and 8?  plus, the winner didn't get the pile, they slapped, it was an all out free for all, to grab all the cards you could.  Plus, if you slapped the wrong card, you had to put a third of your cards in the pile.  Emma still won even though she kept slapping the wrong cards.

I was so dehydrated from all that concentrating on the game.  I kept drinking and drinking, it was crazy.

We had a good time visiting too.  Today, Jeff & Leon will go watch the football game with Bill. I don't know what the rest of us will do, but i'm sure we will figure out something. 

The first night I had all the kids help make a nice chicken dinner.  Last night Leon made Kabasa... i can't eat it, but everyone else liked it.

I'm so tired today. hope i perk up.
