My doc apt tomorrow.  I find I often create some sort self inflicted drama just before I have a doc apt that i am a little more anxious about.  I spent the day doing all I could to avoid thinking about it.  Now is really the only time I have given it any serious thought. 

If I am up to it tomorrow night, I will post anything I learn.

I did have a nice visit with Autumn today.  I am getting a chance to get to know her a little at a time.  She is really a sweetie!
