So with everything that has been going on, we talked to Staelens and agreed we should do an early anniversary party for B&C. So we are doing that today. As the gift we went in on to buy for them, is at risk that B&C might go out and buy one for themselves before April.
I wish I had a cake or something we could bring over for them. :/
With so much going on, I just didn't have a chance to arrange anything, plus it was yesterday evening when we talked about doing the gift early. Oh well, maybe when their anniversary does come, we can have a cake together or something.
So the painting got done last night. Steph is sitting next to the short wall that Leon built that has a shelf with games, puzzles and the printer on it. One day that will become a closet. Leon also trimmed and revamped a door for the other closet (by the white door). It all looks so different. Once we get the carpet it will change even more. In the pic it almost looks as if the walls have some pink in them. They do have a slight peach color feel to them but they really are more tan.
