I am putting this one in my new Bible!

The doc apt isn't for me, but it is for Carol.  EO is about to leave to pick up Bill & Deenie so they can all be there when Carol goes in for her apt.  We are all just so worried about her, she is just so weak and so thin.  EO says she walks about 10 feet and is totally exhausted.  And they have to give her pain meds every 2 1/2 hours now because she has so much pain across her belly.  She keeps trying to eat, but she isn't getting enough to strengthen her.  The cancer fluid just seems to keep building up faster and faster.

EO seems to be dealing ok today.  He sat and talked about it for awhile.  She is about a week away from starting Chemo, but he/we all are so worried she is to weak now to even be able to start it.  I guess we will see what happens after the doc apt.  I will most likely post an update of how her apt went.

He did manage to finish the car port yesterday evening.  Steph & I went out and helped him...a little bit.  So he is really happy having that done.  It is just a weight off his mind but at the same time, he worries because he knows he needed this distraction as it took his mind off of all that is going on.  Now with his free time, maybe he can go sit out on a stump someplace and veg.  he hasn't been able to go out hunting yet.  Maybe he will find a little time now and then to go out.  I know that weighs on his mind to, as we are in need of the meat.  Jehovah always makes sure we have what we need, when we need it, so I don't worry so much about that.  I am more worried about EO.  He said if he didn't have these various projects, we would just worry himself sick about his mom.

I sent some pics to Deenie of us and she printed them up and put them up on Carol's bulletin board in her room.  She sent me a pic of what she did with it.  It looks really nice.

***************UPDATE
Well, they didn't get the answers they were looking for.   She still won't be starting Chemo next week, they said today, it will be in two weeks.  They also don't plan to put in ports for draining, as they figure they should only have to drain the cancer fluid a couple more times.  She has to have it done again tomorrow.   It was a long day for the family.  She will have another doc apt next week... I'm not sure but I think it is to have the tube removed from her belly.
