I have been nothing but sick all week.  I haven't been able to really enjoy the C.O. visit, I've had to have the phone hook up for meetings, which saddens me so much.  I want to be there at the hall. 

Yesterday & today I just can't breath.  My costocondritus is so bad, I can't even hold myself up, I have to keep laying down, cause the pain is so bad.  I do have some meds to help with it, cause it requires specific meds to reduce the inflammation.
It helps some, but when the flare up is this bad, I can't take a deep breath without excruciating pain.  If I want to laugh, or cough, or gasp, it all kills me. 

I can't stand it, it is so bad.
