Back to the ER ******UPDATE

Stanley Theater, New York. Live feed. I toured this before with my aunt & uncle (Steve & Toni Jonas)... and it just so happens, you can see the back of their heads in this shot. EO was so looking forward to having today off and just vegging. 8am this morning, the nursing home called and said they were sending Carol back to the ER. The anti nausea meds weren't helping her. So EO got on the phone with his dad and sister, and I had already texted his sis, but he didn't wait long for a response before calling her. With it being so humid, Bill isn't getting much air, so he didn't feel good enough to go up. I told EO that, the hospital has so much oxygen throughout it, that if he can convince Bill to go, it might just help open him up so he will feel better. Deenie & Stacy were heading over to meet up with EO, so I think, EO drove the four of them up there. I don't know for sure though.
I told EO to tell them at the hospital just how dehydrated she is, and how little she has been able to eat. He wants her to be admitted, so I told him to be respectful but stand his ground and get her admitted. She doesn't get an IV at the Villa, it is all dependent on how much she can eat and drink on her own. WELL... considering some days she can't eat at all, and on a good day (which doesn't come around to often) she eats about a handful of food a day, she just isn't getting the iron, protein and potassium that she really needs to build her strength and heal well.
So we will see what happens. I sure wished I could have seen their faces (B&C) when they listened to the Annual Meeting yesterday. A friend of mine had an "in" and knew and told me what she had learned last week about the meeting. But I didn't tell anyone what I was told, cause I didn't want to spoil it for anyone else. But, I still won't say anything until tonight/or tomorrow, because of the instruction from the Governing Body. In fact my friend asked me to share with her more info, and I said, sure.. but after the instruction, I told her what the brothers said, so I just couldn't. She was so sweet and she said she appreciated my love and obedience. Now that is a good friend! I have heard people get upset for reasons less important and they won't speak to you again. I just love her!!!
One funny thing that happened yesterday, is one of the nurses came in and asked if we were JW's. She said when she saw us walking in, she just knew we had to be. She actually has 3 family members who are JW's... I was so tempted to say, "so what is your problem"... lol.. well, the thought only crossed my mind for a moment, but i could never dream of actually saying that to someone. But she knew about our meetings, conventions, assemblies. So she has been Witnessed to. Her family was from... ? Forest Lake? and The family knew her her family was, although I didn't know them. It was just cool. So we told her a little bit about the Annual Meeting and how between Saturday and Sunday there will be 1.5 million Witnesses world wide tuning in for this unique meeting. Their broadcasting it like this is something they have never done before and that it is a truly history making event. It sure was AWESOME!!!
I am super tired, but that is nothing new. My fingers are SCREAMING at me in the worst way this morning. But I wanted to post this info now, so I am doing the best I can and stopping every so often to try and sooth my fingers.
****************UPDATE
again, they didn't admit her. It turns out that her wound vac wasn't working right, so they fixed it and changed her dressing. There was some fluid build up but not to much.
But still no one is addressing her not being able to eat or drink much. I guess we will see what the doc says on Thursday when she sees him.
So they just got back to the Villa and are getting her settled in and then they will be heading home.
