So EO went and bought the carpet today, and the good news is, it is going to be on sale on Saturday and they told him to bring the slip back and they will refund the sale amount. So I hope the snow storm that is coming won't cause a problem for our carpet to be put in.
But, tomorrow, we have a lot more work to get done. We hope to keep thinning things out, we have 2, 4 drawer file cabinets and our goal is to thin things out enough to only have to keep on cabinet. I wonder if we can pull it off. We did manage to clean out enough out of the first cabinet to have 2 of the drawers empty. That is fabulous!
So Lauren has been saving money for not just our trip but for a special anniversary trip for EO, 2 tickets, gas money & food to a Nascar race. Steph is providing the hotel nights too. So they wrapped them up and up and up and gave them to EO today. He was shocked. He is so excited to go, I think he might be as excited as we are to go to California. He can't believe it, he has wanted to go to a race for so many years. I'm super excited for him too. I knew about her saving and planning for months now. So to see his face, meant a lot to us girls.
