my allergies are really bugging me today.  EO wants the laundry room cleaned out but most of the stuff in there is my sewing stuff, which means i have to sit here as he runs stuff past me.  at least i don't have to physically do the running, i just say yes or no.  well.  that isn't true.  but i need to work at a slower pace, my processor is only able to handle "dial-up", not high speed.

i wanted to get up early this morning, since EO was going to be gone and then i could listen to last night's meeting.  but i didn't wake up until after he got back home.  "rats".  as soon as we were done with morning worship, (which was almost noon worship), he started hauling stuff.  The problem with the laundry room is, there is so much lint floating around in there from the dryer, that i can't even go in there, cause my allergies go bonkers!!  Which is why everything stored in there were in plastic bins or, the boxes had bags over them to keep the lint off of them.  Well, he just hauled all that lint and dust out of there... well, yeah, he wiped off the stuff before he gave it to me to go through, however, it still sort of floats around the room so I feel like I have a giant gob of lint in my mouth right now, and my nose is so plugged up.

The next problem will be, arranging it in the spare bedroom.  I have one shelf and a cabinet in there, which i know isn't enough.  I will also be getting my little dresser from when I was a little girl for in there.  The drawer has to be fixed, then EO will bring it in for me.

Well, we are done now.  i am so happy as i need to go lay down.

you know i even sorted crayons.  i had 3 ice cream buckets of crayons.  i threw out all the junky ones saved one big bucket of them and we will throw the other smaller ice cream bucket of them in with the auction stuff.  EO suggested giving them to someone with kids, but i know what that was like, when you have kids in school, you always have tons of extra supplies around.  you are never in need. of that kind of stuff.  we have colored pencils and makers galore.  plus he even went through to check the markers to make sure they work.  now we could use a couple new coloring books. stuff for kids of all ages.

so out of the laundry room, we threw away 6 garbage bags of stuff.  Amazing!!   Our laundry room looks so different!!  And the best part is, EO is happy.

i am cranky though.  not about the cleaning, i am happy it is done. but maybe not cranky, maybe i'm ... stressed/drained.  i am really not well enough today to even look at the stuff.  it was a terrible struggle for my brain to process.  and physically, i'm in terrible pain today.  so taxing?  it was a real strain on me, and i had to keep asking him to slow down and stop and help me, because it was all kind of freaking me out, i felt like his high speed was just too much for me to keep up with.  he was super patient with me, but i just stunk at accomplishing what i had hoped to do.

oh well, it is all done and one day, when i am able to manage it, i will go sit in there and put a few things away.  a little at a time.
