After surgery, they kept giving me anti nausea meds, which... make me throw up.  No one would believe me that THAT is what was making me sick.  I threw up so much, I couldn't keep anything down.  I begged my night nurse to take a chance and just not give me the anti nausea meds, so she said, well, lets try it without, and if you need it, I can have it later. .... I didn't get sick.  I know it is hard for docs to believe it, but they really do make me sick.

then I started making improvement.  I was told there may have been a few tiny stones, but nothing note worthy.  But that my gal bladder was very inflamed and it was full of sludge.  That it really needed to come out.

The pain hasn't been too bad.  I do have to move slow.  If i try to be up and around for more than a few minutes, my pulse goes up, I start breathing harder, and sweating.

Oh, before i left the hospital, I got a phenomena shot.  I had a bit of a respiratory thing going on and I didn't want to take a chance of getting sick after surgery.

I had improvement with my diet.  Nothing was curdling in my stomach.  The nausea is far better.  Just a touch of it from time to time.

Two days ago, I tried a grilled cheese sandwich.  With butter and sliced oil cheese and i didn't get sick at all!!!!  I'm so excited!  Leon made stirfry for supper that night with butter and I didn't have any problems at all.

The docs told me I might get the diarrhea but I haven't.

So yesterday, after such nice progress, my shoulder hurt.... that is another thing, I didn't have any shoulder pain from the gas... that has been awesome!  Back to yesterday... throughout the day it kept hurting more and more and more until I just couldn't stand it anymore.  it hurt even to touch.  I put a couple of pain patches on, got an ice pack and took a horse pill, and laid down.  the pain was so bad, i could hardly breath.  It took awhile but the pain eased so I could relax.  I don't know what was going on, why it flared up so bad, but BAD it was.

Today, I had to set up the new printer/scanner that Leon got.  Since he can't fax his time sheet in for IRIS anymore. Leon & Lauren haven't been paid in a month, because their fax is not working right.  But they didn't tell us, in fact, they don't think anything is wrong with it, but nothing is wrong with the one up here, since we can fax other places.  Anyway, the printer/scanner is wireless and super super super cool!  But it took me over and hour to figure it out and set it up.  It took a lot out of me.  I was and still am pretty sore and wiped out!

Steph bought a Wii last week.  I am having fun, watching Netflix on it.  I showed Leon how to use it last night.  I glanced over and he had his hand w/ the remote in it, way up in the air,  I said, you know you don't have to have your hand in the air to use it. he said, "oh", and then lowered his hand and said, "this is so much easier".  I about fell off the bed laughing.

I borrowed the first 3 seasons of "Chuck" from Colton.  That is one funny show.  I remember watching half an episode one time but was totally confused.  You really have to watch it from the beginning.  I am just finishing up the bonus features of SG-U, first season only.  On Netflix, I have watched Cheers & the original Star Trek series.
