ok, i knew today would be bad... can't sit, or stand.  stupid body i have. 

EO isn't feeling well either.  his gallbladder hasn't completely relaxed.  And he is totally drained.  

Lauren spent all morning at Grandmas.  i haven't seen Steph yet today.  Colton is still gone house sitting.

Aaron left this morning for Bethel.  As did, Jonathan Martin.  one goes to patterson the other to wallkill.  I am so happy for them.  

i had hoped the exercises i have been doing would have worked for my hips and back, but no dice.  guess i will have to do more research on that.
