Colton had his surgery, but it didn't go like expected. First, the doctor found that he couldn't pin the bone back in place because there was just too much damage. So he just removed the 3 broken pieces. But, that wasn't all. It turns out the position of the hole in the bone must be refilled, the problem is, what it would be filled with.
He has 2 options, first... if they could get the filler from a cadaver, then in one more operation he could have it repaired. The problem is, it isn't ea...

Before I forget, I did post a picture of our new bedding on my photo page.
So last night I got a call from Colton in a panic, he wanted dad, because he had hit a deer and his car is smashed! The insurance says it is undriveable, because the driver side door wants to pop open.. .while he is driving. Colton didn't get hurt, but the deer didn't make it. I can't help but worry about him. I asked eo if for our next anniversary, he could get us new bedding. I wanted something pretty. I really don't like the dark brown comforter he got last time. I wanted to get one that was different than what we have & had and i wanted it to be pretty. But as I thought about it, I thought, I really wanted it to match my curtains ...and the curtains match the paint real well, plus it needed to work with the carpet, and still be pretty. Both Mom & Colton got their surgery dates. On the 28th mom has her knee surgery and on the 29th Colton has his knee surgery. 2 days in a row of hospital excitements. Oh, and that is this month. At least it is after the assembly.
Mom got her computer back yesterday, after it being in the "repair shop" for the past 4 months. But she couldn't get her printer to work, so she brought it all over this morning and i worked most of the day on her computer. It didn't take real long to get the p...

We are all plugging away., we have the S.A.D next weekend. I can hardly
wait!
What is going on? My mom is having more knee surgery the end of this
month. She has so much scar tissue, from the replacement knee surgery, that
they are going to go in and clean it up.
Colton will hear, on Tuesday I think as to when he will have his knee
surgery. A couple years ago, he got his knee pinned
between 2 trucks that he was working on. It hurt but only for a short time.

What a way to wake up, with a kidney stone. i still have meds from the last time.... last time was last week, I mean the last time i went to the hospital. I am SO quizzy, and Leon says I am white as a sheet (i said what if the sheet is purple, he just laughed at me) I know it is the pain meds that are making me so nauseated. I should just stick with what I have on hand. But the pain is gone for the most part. Oh what a joy it is to be so sick.
The stone is my own fault though, i haven'...
