Colton had his knee surgery, what a long day that was.

First, Colton was called the night before to come in early (at first he was to have his surgery at 9 am) they said he would be bumped up to 7:30 am...so Colton & Joey got there early, they said to register at 5:30 am, but they were there 4:45 am.  they left early because of the snow storm we had, and they didn't know how the roads would be.

After he got there and registered, we got there at 7 am, (we, eo, me, Lauren, Steph, Carol & Ashlynn)...

Last night we got a call that Megan Houser is moving to... i think it was Gaudalajara, to pioneer & teach english.  So we were invited to the going away party, which is tonight.  Colton took the girls down for it.  It was too last minute for me, and it is hunting season for Leon.  I'm just glad the kids got to go.

Colton will have his knee surgery this coming Tuesday.  again, I think it is the 23rd.  They have a piece of bone for him.  We are very glad about this, as he is tired of being laid ...

So Colton got his stitches out today and talked about his options for surgery.  He decided he will go the route of using cadaver bone.  So he could get a call at any minute to get what he needs.  Crazy it works that way.  No notice, just come in for surgery now!  If he hasn't had the surgery in a month from now, he calls the doctor and the doctor will put a push to get a hold of some.  So what does that mean, he is going to take his car and run someone down?  I'm sure NOT!  Colton reminded th...

Leon leave tomorrow to go up north to hunt.  He has already gotten one buck here in Solon, plus, he got the deer that Colton hit, because it was bled properly and most of the meat wasn't damaged.  Although we gave a bunch of it (from both deer) to Ethel which she was really happy to get.

Leon also took Steph back into the ER, because according to the info they gave us, ... if she didn't get better, she should go back in.   They ran a few more tests, but didn't get any answers to why she has be...
